VALUES ELICITATION

Have you ever wondered why there are certain duties or tasks you can perform almost effortlessly whilst others always seem like an uphill struggle? Well, this is because there is a clear internal alignment of your values with the former, whilst the latter contradicts or threatens them. Values elicitation is for anyone who is wanting to identify what is really driving their decision making process in their career or relationships. This is crucial, particularly if you want to have more fulfilment in either of those key areas of your life. 

You may be torn between whether this the right career or partner for you. You may also see repeating patterns that leave you feeling dis-satisfied, de-motivated, or frustrated with those areas of your life
